Moha Soft Drink Industry PLC was established on May 15, 1996, following the acquisition of the Nifas Silk Plant, Tekle Haimanot Plant, Gondar Plant, and Dessie Plant from the Ethiopian Privatization Agency. Since its establishment, the Company has grown into one of Ethiopia’s leading beverage manufacturers and distributors.
Today, Moha Soft Drink Industry PLC operates eight production plants strategically located across the country, including Summit Plant, Bure Plant, Mekelle Plant, and Hawassa Plant, enabling efficient nationwide production and distribution.
The Company is an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of globally recognized beverage brands, including Pepsi Cola, Mirinda Orange, 7-Up, Mirinda Tonic, and Mirinda Apple, as well as bottled water products under the Kool and Tossa brands.
