We are looking for a driven, energetic, and commercially minded Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of SME retail partners.

This role is responsible for managing and growing reseller relationships, achieving sales targets, driving in-store excellence, and ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of both the Brand and Core Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with SME retail accounts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Train reseller staff on products, promotions, and brand positioning
  • Ensure strong merchandising execution and in-store visibility
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and business opportunities
  • Ensure effective execution of brand strategies within retail environments
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and market feedback
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and account support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail supplier or account management environment
  • Experience within the electronics or technology industry would be advantageous
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative ability
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about sales and relationship management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, macOS, and iOS
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required
