Scope of the position : To manage the growth and relationship of the Client’s Corporate Account with the Lifestyle Company.. This is a front facing commercial role which will be measured on driving up usage of the service by all registered Members, meeting all service level agreement metrics (SLAs), and generating commercially viable ideas to increase profitability. will conduct Regular meetings with The Client in a relationship management role. Duties include: - o Set agenda for bi-weekly meeting and prepare materials in advance in conjunction with relevant other members of the team across the region. o Run monthly and bi-weekly meetings, send internal updates on outcomes and follow up promptly after each meeting where necessary. o Agree on agenda for Bi-monthly meeting with South Africa Senior Management and Key Client Contact and prepare presentations and relevant documentation. o Agree and set dates/times for The Client to carry out training sessions Regular meetings with Johannesburg-based Member Lifestyle Managers to communicate and set priorities for the account. Communicate updates from corporate meetings in order to ensure the team are fully engaged and briefed on any developments. Ensure that all requests are logged properly, in accordance with the Client’s guidelines and contractual requirements. Set penetration, request and renewal targets for all markets and preparing clear and concise report on progress weekly to management. Ensuring that the Monthly reporting is completed accurately and sent out on time and be prepared to answer any queries from The Client. Work closely with the Operations, Communications and Travel team to scope out new developments required by The Client and ensure that they are completed on time as agreed with The Client. Regular meetings/calls with Direct Reports to communicate and set priorities for the account. Assisting The Client with the organization of events for Lifestyle Education and basic requirements : 4/5 years in a smiliar role within a lifestyle or luxury travel company The role is varied, requiring a mixture of skills in day-to-day service delivery and business account management, staff training & development, operational support, reporting and supplier relationship development & management · Have a background of 3-5 years in Account Management. · Ideally exposure to the luxury industry or major advertising/marketing agency. · Have some operations background with a strong knowledge of developing CRM systems. · Budgeting experience on running an account. · Own Vehicle Applicants who do not have the specific experience listed above, will not be contacted o Submit an updated CV starting with your current position, and attach a recent headshot taken in the past six months. o By applying, candidates agree to provide any further details or information requested by Hospitality Exchange including references from previous 2 or 3 direct supervisors, prior to current employer, and consent to contact. o Interviews will be held on camera initially and then in person in Johannesburg o Only South African nationals will be considered
