Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned dealer accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and customers
  • Drive sales performance and portfolio growth
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Support credit analysis and risk assessment processes
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
  • Track and achieve sales targets and operational KPIs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze creditworthiness and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in microfinance or insurance is an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
