Job Summary
As an Accountant at AR Stone Trading Plc., you will manage the day-to-day financial operations across our three core pillars: manufacturing, coffee roasting, and retail cafes. You will be responsible for tracking production costs, managing inventory valuations, reconciling daily cafe cash flows, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Crucial Requirement: The ideal candidate must possess advanced, hands-on proficiency in Peachtree Accounting software, as our entire financial ecosystem relies heavily on it.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily financial records across all business divisions using Peachtree Accounting.
- Cost Accounting: Track and analyze manufacturing and coffee roasting production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and reconcile inventory data between the manufacturing plant, the roasting facility, and cafe retail outlets.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations, ensuring retail cafe POS data aligns with the main ledger.
- Compliance & Tax: Prepare and submit monthly statutory tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Employee Income Tax) in compliance with local regulations.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
