Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring all ledgers, payables, and receivables are accurately maintained.
  • Banking & Treasury: Manage and record all bank transactions, including performing regular bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Lead the preparation of company budgets and perform variance analysis to track performance against financial goals.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle tax computations and filings and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all local tax regulations.


Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in the Odoo ERP system (mandatory).
  • Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements.
  • Experience in managing accounts, receivables, and payables.
  • Good knowledge of bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is an added advantage
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
