Employment Information

·          Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.

·        Complete daily accounting procedures, like posting in General Ledger

·        Preparation of bank reconciliation and other reconciliation statements

·        Doing follow up for Accounts Receivables

·        Preparation of VAT return and remittance of NPS, PAYE and other statutory returns

·        Petty Cash handling, replenishment, allocations and reconciliation

·        Preparation and organize bank instructions, loan agreement.

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.

·       Provide support during audits and tax preparation

·        Ensure all the registers and files are updated on a regular basis

·        Compliance with all processes defined in the internal controls manual and all other guidelines, policies, procedures and be up-to-date with all such working and operating materials

·        Fulfilling such cognate duties and other assignments as may be requested by Management
