Employment Information

A company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Admin Coordinator to manage creditor invoices, reconciliations, supplier payments, and financial administration processes. The role also supports financial controls, reporting, and general accounting administration within the finance department. Requirements:
  • Matric with Mathematics and English
  • Bookkeeping qualification advantageous
  • Studying towards an Accounting qualification beneficial
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and creditors processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages
  • Experience with reconciliations, invoicing, and supplier payments
  • Strong administration, planning, and organisational skills
