Key Responsibilities
As the Administration Officer, you will oversee crucial operational and financial functions within the plant. Your core duties will include:
Financial Accountability: Taking full ownership and accountability for the factory's fixed costs and internal budget management.
Operational Oversight: Managing and streamlining the plant's stores, warehouse operations, and services department.
Welfare & Administration: Directing the factory's welfare department and ensuring smooth internal factory administration services.
Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and managing an administrative and operational team to drive efficiency.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following strict criteria:
Education: A completed, recognized Commerce Degree (BCom or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience in financial management, cost control, and successfully managing a team.
Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on working experience with SYSPRO ERP software is essential.
Attributes: Exceptional analytical abilities, strong leadership qualities, and a highly organized approach to complex factory environments.
