Role Overview
A reputable company is seeking a proactive Administration Supervisor to oversee administrative, transport, and facilities functions for the National Identification Project. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor will ensure efficient support services across all project locations.
Transport Officer and Facilities Officer report to the Administration Supervisor. Drivers report to the Transport Officer. General Services Support Personnel report to the Facilities Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Supervise day-to-day administrative support services.
- Ensure effective coordination of transport, facilities, and general services.
- Support procurement and asset management processes as required.
Transport & Fleet Oversight
- Oversee transport operations through the Transport Officer.
- Ensure efficient vehicle allocation, maintenance, and usage tracking.
- Monitor compliance with transport policies and safety requirements.
Facilities & General Services Management
- Oversee facilities management and general services through the Facilities Officer.
- Ensure offices and project sites are clean, safe, and operational.
- Coordinate maintenance, utilities, and support services.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare administrative and operational support reports.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Support audits and inspections related to administration and logistics.
Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations support roles.
- Strong coordination, supervision, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing support services on large projects is an advantage.
