Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant & QA Auditor:

  • Perform back-office tasks including uploading and sending documents.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data records.
  • Review session notes and initial reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Schedule staff visits and maintains accurate calendars.
  • Fully manage the company’s social media.

Intake Specialist:

  • Review resumes and conduct interviews of prospective staff using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Conduct follow-ups on patient referrals and maintain positive patient relations.
  • Make outbound calls to potential patients to facilitate intake.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.
