Job Purpose & Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance Department
- As a focal point for Finance, Facilitate procurement of office consumables items like stationery etc. for Finance Department
As a Treasury relief, process payments (cash and Cheque, Journalizing Bank Service charges, assist in preparation of permit, L/Cs and other correspondences with Banks, and reconciliation follow–up.
- Safe custody of sensitive files- sensitive files i.e. legal, lease, operators and consumer Agreements, Licenses, Title Certificates, and various contracts of the company.
- Prepare the Division’s leave roster and administer accordingly.
- Prepare and submit SHE performance report of the Division to SHE advisor monthly.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for Finance Staff.
- Raise requisition, follow-up and receive the items (i.e. office consumables) and distribute to the concerned departments in Finance division.
- Maintaining enough stock and issuing stationery supplies, forms and other documents required by the division.
- Provide Secretarial Services to Finance Department (in particular for Treasury and Accounts Department). Details of this secretarial service are drafting and typing letters and other correspondences to Banks.
- Journalizing bank service charges.
Assist in the preparation of permits, LCs and transfer orders and process these documents at banks.
