REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent; post-school admin courses advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IHT QC and Corrections.
  • PRF quality review.
  • Execution of PRF corrections.
  • IHT QC Spreadsheet Management.
  • Seamless IHT processing – timeous, efficient PRF conversion to payment.
  • Efficient and accurate case upload.
  • Accurate, efficient invoicing of IHTs.

SKILLS

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
