Integrated Family Service Organization (IFSO) is an indigenous Civil Society Organization working towards the protection and empowerment of needy Children, youth, destitute Women, Families and the Community. Our organization is currently looking for an administrative Officer.  

The administrative Officer reports to Admin & Finance Head and works in collaboration with both administration & Finance and the project staff. She/he is responsible for providing general administrative services in order to ensure that services are provided in as required. 

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and department 
  • Maintaining appropriate staff filing systems. 
  • Prepare, control and maintain a proper staff attendance sheet,
  • Facilitate vacancies, assign team and process to recruit new staff,
  • Assist with purchase and coordination of office supplies
  • Management and organization of storage areas
  • Facilitate general office equipment & vehicle maintenance 
  • will perform other duties assigned by the organization’ management

Terms of Employments: One year contract with the possibility of extension.
