Responsibilities:

  • Managing office administrative duties
  • Preparing invoices, receipts, and financial records
  • Recording daily transactions using QuickBooks
  • Filing and maintaining company documents
  • Assisting management with office coordination and accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Very good working knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prepare reports, manage records, and handle office administration
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience will be an added advantage

Qualification
  • HND/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
