About the role
Provide administrative and operational support across the business, Ensure coordination between office, workshop, and site teams.
Responsibilities:
- Document control and filing systems.
- Project and tender administration.
- Procurement support and supplier coordination.
- Basic financial administration (quotes & invoices).
- Team coordination and communication.
Training & Development- Month 1: Office systems and document control.
- Month 2: Procurement and tender support.
- Week 3 onwards: Pricing, quotes, invoicing exposure.
- Months 3–6: Full admin responsibility and reporting.
Systems & Tools- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Shared drives / document systems.
- Tender portals.
- Basic accounting tools.

Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Business Management qualification (advantage).
- MS Office proficiency.
- Strong organisational skills.
