Household Textiles and Manufaturing company based in Jacobs, Durban is seeking suitable candidates for Administrator role. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor employees to achieve performance goals and reach their full potential.
  • Workflow Management: Assign tasks, coordinate resources, and create work schedules to meet operational deadlines and minimize downtime.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team output, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive, ongoing feedback.
  • Training & Onboarding: Help train new hires and identify professional development needs for current staff.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address operational challenges, resolve client or team-related complaints, and mediate workplace issues.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Document workflows, track timekeeping, and report team progress or incidents to senior managers
