Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate partners
• Assist in managing relationships with existing affiliates
• Monitor affiliate performance and escalate issues where necessary
• Ensure affiliates are informed about products, pricing & campaigns
• Track referrals and assist with commission reconciliation
• Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports
• Follow up with affiliates to ensure target achievement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years experience in sales, affiliate management or business development
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Target-driven and well organized
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
