Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruit, develop & retain a minimum number of Agency personnel 
  • Set, monitor & drive the achievement of sales targets across teams
  • Open & expand business opportunities in designated locations
  • Ensure consistent performance & achievement of sales objectives
  • Represent the company professionally in strategic engagements & markets


Core Duties


  • Monitor Sales Managers’ activities & maintain acceptable team size
  • Train and onboard new hires on the company’s insurance products & processes
  • Prepare & submit weekly & monthly performance reports using spreadsheets & Microsoft Office tools
  • Deliver presentations to internal teams, partners & external audience
  • Represent the company at high-profile events, meetings & industry functions


Qualifications & Experience


•Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry

•At least a BSc or HND in a relevant discipline

•Strong knowledge of the NIIRA Act

•Proven track record in team building and sales leadership

•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
