AGENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outlet Maintenance – Conduct regular visits to assigned agents within your territory, monitor dealer performance, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Agent Enablement – Design and deliver training or promotional campaigns tailored to each agent’s needs to improve outlet performance.
- Promotional Execution – Execute company promotional activities per SOP, assisting both new and existing agents in boosting brand visibility in their neighborhoods.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of field / client visits.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; age 30 or below.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Candidates with personal transportation will be given priority.
