- Identify, assess, and document automation and AI use cases across business units.
- Evaluate process suitability for RPA, workflow, automation, or AI-based solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, including technical, risk, and data readiness analysis.
- Design end-to-end automation workflows aligned to business requirements.
- Develop or configure RPA bots, AI models, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems via APIs or middleware.
- Implement exception handling and monitoring mechanisms.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure scalable solution design.
- Support development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
- Participate in training, validation, and performance evaluation of models.
- Monitor model accuracy, drift, and bias, and recommend adjustments.
- Partner with technology and business teams to design and implement scalable digital solutions.
- Develop functional specifications, process maps, and solution documentation.
- Maintain automation inventory and use case repository.
- Prepare performance dashboards and impact reports.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on AI and intelligent automation within the organisation.
- Guide business units on best practices for automation adoption.
- Influence solution design decisions to align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Mentor junior analysts or developers on automation techniques and AI fundamentals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- A master’s degree in information technology or a related field is an advantage.
- At Least 5 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) in the financial services sector.
- Experienced with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledgeable about software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Experienced in API integration for workflow platforms
- Familiar with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, machine learning, cloud computing, APIs, and data analytics.
- Certification in AWS AI Practitioner, Azure AI fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, Cobit Foundation, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
