Who exactly are we looking for?
Al Engineers to design and deploy Al solutions.
Al Operations Engineers to ensure Al models run reliably at scale in production by managing pipelines, monitoring model performance, and automating retraining workflows DevOps Engineers responsible for building and maintaining CVCD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and managing deployments.
Software Engineers to develop clean, scalable software systems and APIs that power our Al-driven products
Data Engineers to architect robust data foundations that provide high-quality, reliable data for Al models and analytics systems.
Data Scientists responsible for applying stadistical modeling, machine leaming, and experimentation to extract insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science and Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering. Computer Engineering. Actuarial
Science, IT, or an equivalent field.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithris, statistical modeling, and data analysie
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar or related environment. Strang proficiency in programming languages such as Python and others.
techniques Experience with deep leaming frameworks, such as TensorFlow
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-pacert.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
