Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Application & Sales Specialist – DI/US, to join our team in Lagos. In this on-site role, you will provide technical application support, assist with troubleshooting, and engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions. You will also work closely with the sales team to support business development, maintain customer relationships, and offer expertise in diagnostic imaging and ultrasound systems. Collaborating with other team members, you will drive customer satisfaction and ensure the effective use of our solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support, including the ability to assist clients on system setups and operational guidance.
- Experience in Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- BSc Radiography, Sonography.
- Previous experience in sales, application support, or medical device technologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lagos and travel as required for client engagements.
