Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

​​​​​​​Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • CPA Part II Qualification CPA Part III is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory requirements.
