MINIMIM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/ Degree advantageous
- Previous crop farming experience
- Knowledge of tractors and general farm machinery maintenance
- Strong people skills and ability to work with a team
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and activities efficiently
- Knowledge of lucerne farming and baling processes
- Hands-on, proactive attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently when required
- Valid driver’s license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO - Assist in the day-to-day management of farm operations
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Support planning and coordination of various farm activities
- Supervise and work alongside farm staff
