• Maintains
a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance, and
ensures that uniforms are kept clean and in good condition while on duty.
• Abides
by all Rules & Regulations of the Store section at all times.
• Complies
with Health & Safety regulations and procedures by observing all safety
precautions and making use of safety equipment(s).
• Undertakes
with diligence, any other cognate duties and responsibilities that may be
assigned by Management to facilitate the smooth running of the Store
section/Finance Department.
• Opens and closes the Store as per set times.
• Performs the cleaning of store areas and
stores all perishable and non-perishable items under ideal conditions in terms
of temperature, humidity, shelf life and hygiene.
• Carries and arranges all incoming materials
for verification by Superiors.
• Assists the Head Storekeeper and/or
Storekeeper in verifying that goods received are of the same quality and
quantity ordered.
• Unpacks incoming goods as per instructions
and sorts out each item according to the section of the Store in which it will
be kept

Assists the Head Storekeeper and/or Storekeeper in despatching
goods/items once the appropriate approval
