Description:
Option Companion Care is looking for a remote Virtual Assistant to help with office tasks, administrative support, candidate follow-up, social media support, and daily organization. This is a remote role for someone who is serious, organized, respectful, and comfortable using online tools.
Responsibilities:
Help with daily office and administrative tasks
Organize messages and follow instructions from the team
Follow up with candidates and update tracking sheets
Support social media tasks such as preparing posts, organizing content, checking comments/messages, and helping with scheduling
Organize information in Google Sheets / Excel
Prepare short daily or weekly reports for the team
Communicate clearly in English; French and other languages are a plus
Respect confidentiality and handle information professionally
Requirements:
Good English communication skills
French or other languages are a plus
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, Excel, Canva, and social media platforms
Stable internet connection
Experience in admin support, customer service, social media, or remote work is preferred
Serious, respectful, punctual, and willing to learn
