Hire Resolve is seeking a B-BBEE Senior Analyst to join their client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance and reporting for the organization. You will play a key role in driving B-BBEE initiatives and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while enhancing the company's socio-economic impact.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive B-BBEE assessments and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
Analyze and report on B-BBEE performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management
Collaborate with various departments to implement B-BBEE strategies and initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local communities
Prepare and present detailed B-BBEE reports to both internal and external stakeholders
Stay up to date with developments in B-BBEE legislation and best practices
Support training and capacity-building initiatives related to B-BBEE compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in B-BBEE analysis or similar roles
In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, scoring, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
