YAXARE is a growing herbal tea brand based in The Gambia. We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to sell Yaxare Tea to retail shops.
You will visit corner shops, mini-markets, supermarkets, and wholesalers to secure shelf space and build repeat orders. This is a new local product, so follow-up and persistence are essential.
This role is for someone who already understands how to sell to shops.
Key Responsibilities
Secure new retail customers and manage existing accounts
Maintain regular shop visits and follow-up
Keep accurate records of customers, sales activity, and collections
Drive a company minivan as part of daily sales routes
Mandatory (Non-Negotiable)
Valid driving license
Ability to safely drive a minivan daily
Candidate Profile
Proven experience selling food, beverage, or similar products to shops
Experience introducing new products into retail
Confident dealing with shop owners and decision-makers
Disciplined, resilient, and able to work independently
Good English and at least one local language
Good smartphone skills (data entry, WhatsApp, Google Maps)
