Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HORECA, hospitals, health centres, pharmaceutical distributors, cooperatives, and corporate institutions.
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business pipeline development.
  • Manage sales canvassers to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, contracts, and bid proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and institutional partnerships on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company trade policies and achievement of sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry and professional association events.
