Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong administrative experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Exposure to VEEAM Backup & Replication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes consistently
  • Strong reporting and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT services environment
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise
  • Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment - ideal
  • Experience working with ticketing systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily backup reports across multiple client platforms
  • Identify failed backup jobs and investigate basic causes
  • Restart failed backup processes according to standard procedures
  • Escalate unresolved issues to technical teams
  • Maintain accurate reporting logs
  • Provide daily/weekly backup status reports to clients
  • Ensure all backup tasks are completed within SLA timelines
  • Follow strict process and compliance procedures
