JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries and other baked products according to recipes and customer specification.
- Decorate cakes and ensure all products meet the bakery's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of all bakery equipment and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant training in Bakery and Pastry or related field.
- Proven experience working as a baker in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or related setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
