Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage production schedules and maintain high product quality standards.
Monitor and control production to minimize wastage.
Supervise and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to grow the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials and supplies.
Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage the company fleet, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, fuel monitoring, and driver supervision.
Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Support management in strategic planning and business
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of bakery equipment and machinery
Coordinate distribution and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment
