• Full-Time The Market & Credit Risk Analyst will play a vital role in managing and analyzing various risk factors affecting the bank’s portfolio.
• This position requires a strong analytical background and familiarity with treasury and credit risk management.
• Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or ACI are advantageous.
• Professional Experience At least 2 years of experience in market risk, treasury risk, credit risk, credit analysis, or portfolio risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential; experience with Power BI, SQL, or risk management systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, liquidity risk, and portfolio credit risk.

Compliance Analyst – Join Our Team in Lusaka Location:

• Full-Time The Compliance Analyst will ensure that the bank adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This role demands in-depth knowledge of compliance monitoring and regulatory frameworks relevant to commercial banking in Zambia. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CFE, or equivalent in compliance, AML/CFT, financial crime, audit, or risk management are preferred. Professional Experience Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to commercial banks in Zambia. Experience in compliance monitoring, KYC/CDD processes, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and remediation activities.
