Duties:
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g., preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
Prepare beverages following recipes.
Keep the area clean.
Maintain stock
Check brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
Comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
Ensure that your uniform is clean and in a good state of repair.
Requirements:
Preferably 2–3-year previous Barista experience.
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to gauge customer’s preference
Strong customer service orientation and active listener
Must be well-presented
Flexibility to work various shifts.
