Hospitality Hire is currently recruiting for a Bartender on behalf of a newly opened hotel in Camps Bay, Cape Town.

About the Role
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and supporting the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
This position requires someone who is organised, energetic, and comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining a friendly and professional approach with guests.
 
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
  - Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
  - Grade 12 / Matric
  - Valid South African ID
  - Strong guest interaction and communication skills
  - Professional appearance and presentation
  - Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  - Engage with guests and provide a welcoming bar experience
  - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
  - Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
  - Work closely with the restaurant and service team during service periods
  - Assist with stock control and bar preparation where required
