We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Digital Integration Specialist to bridge technology, data, and workflows across Design, Construction, and Operations. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives by integrating BIM, Digital Twins, asset data, and intelligent reporting into a connected project delivery ecosystem.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, governance structures, and digital integration processes while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Administration
Develop and implement BIM procedures, standards, protocols, and work instructions.
Create and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Coordinate the acquisition, management, and validation of as-built information.
Facilitate BIM model handovers and support the creation of asset-rich Digital Twins.
Maintain BIM governance, data integrity, and documentation standards.
Establish and improve BIM workflows, templates, and project delivery processes.
Evaluate and implement BIM technologies, automation tools, and software solutions.
Digital Integration & Development
Drive the integration of Autodesk Forma across multiple business functions.
Develop intelligent dashboards, reporting tools, and project analytics.
Support Digital Twin development and lifecycle management.
Automate reporting and information-sharing processes to improve business decision-making.
Enable seamless transfer of project and asset information between project delivery and operations teams
Governance & Collaboration
Maintain BIM standards and best practices across projects and departments.
Facilitate coordination between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Support change management initiatives related to digital delivery and BIM adoption.
Ensure compliance with BIM protocols, naming conventions, and data management standards
Training & Development
Train and mentor internal teams in Autodesk Forma and BIM technologies.
Support consultants and contractors in the implementation of digital workflows.
Promote continuous improvement and digital innovation across the organization.
