Key Responsibilities:
  • Debtors and Creditors 
  • VAT returns (every 2 months) 
  • Supplier recons 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • CIPC annual return submissions
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Submission of EMP, VAT, UIF, and Compensation Fund returns
  • General bookkeeping and administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel, Xero, Excel)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
