Branch Administrator – Riverhorse Valley, KZN
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Branch Administrator to join their team based in Riverhorse Valley, KwaZulu-Natal.
Salary
R8 000 – R10 000 basic salary per month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all cash-related activities within the branch
- Process cash and credit card payments from customers and drivers
- Perform daily receipting and reconciliations
- Ensure all invoices and payments are accurate and correctly documented
- Confirm EFT payments reflect accurately on bank reports
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ cashier experience
- Administrative experience is essential
- Experience handling switchboard duties
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Computer literate in MS Office
- SAP knowledge advantageous
