Branch Administrator – Riverhorse Valley, KZN

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Branch Administrator to join their team based in Riverhorse Valley, KwaZulu-Natal.

Salary

R8 000 – R10 000 basic salary per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all cash-related activities within the branch
  • Process cash and credit card payments from customers and drivers
  • Perform daily receipting and reconciliations
  • Ensure all invoices and payments are accurate and correctly documented
  • Confirm EFT payments reflect accurately on bank reports
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years’ cashier experience
  • Administrative experience is essential
  • Experience handling switchboard duties
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • SAP knowledge advantageous
