A well-established business is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead its East London branch. This role requires a strong leader with a solid background in the building industry and a proven track record in branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full operations of the branch, including financial performance and day-to-day management
  • Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure efficient stock control, reporting, and overall branch profitability

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the building/construction industry
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a branch
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a customer base and maintain long-term relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
