Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
and develop the brand / product portfolio through thorough brand sales analysis
and growth strategies across all distribution channels
- Implement
appropriate marketing strategy that will sustain brand profitability
- Keep
up to date with market trends and new developments and using the data for
business improvement
- Ensure
product availability at optimum price through proper negotiation with suppliers
and securing the best procurement terms
- Be
responsible for the stock management of all products within the brand portfolio
- Conduct
regular product training for staff and business partners
- Submit
consistent valuable activity and results reports as per request
- Gather
market insights, plan and execute new product launches
Job Requirements:
•
Minimum
a Degree in Marketing or any other related field
•
At least 2 years’
experience in a ‘Coordinator’ (Brand/Sales/Retail) role
•
Good knowledge of the
local FMCG sector
•
Excellent analytical
and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize complex information
•
Self-driven and
autonomous with good negotiating and persuasive skills
•
Strong coordination and
project management skills
•
Computer literate and
at ease with Microsoft Office tools
•
Strong inter-personal,
written, and verbal communication skills; experience liaising with various
internal and external stakeholders
•
Open to work on
regional development
•
Holder of a valid car
driving license
