Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop annual brand plan, pricing, and positioning for Vileda Nigeria. Deliver volume, value, and market share targets.
  • Product & Innovation: Launch new SKUs from Vileda. Adapt products/packs for Nigerian consumers
  • Consumer Marketing: Plan digital, market storms, in-store activations, work with agencies to create plans that sells.
  • Trade Marketing: Partner with Sales to drive distribution, visibility across Nigeria.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years brand management in FMCG. Household, homecare, or personal care experience is a strong plus.
  • Track Record: You’ve grown a brand before. Can show share gains, successful launches, or ROI on campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, consumer insights, digital marketing, trade understanding, marketing campaigns and data analysis.
  • Education: BSc in Marketing, Business, or related.
  • Mindset: Street smart + boardroom smart. Can visit local market in the morning and present to Vileda Germany in the afternoon
  • Bonus: Experience managing international brands or dealing with modern trade buyers.
