Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the office
• Prepare, update and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records
• Assist with financial administration including invoices, reconciliation, and budget tracking.
• Handle procurement and material buying functions
• Support management with documentation between department and external stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication between departments and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continues processes improvement within the administrative and financial function
Requirements:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and present technical product information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results- oriented
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Minimum of +6 years’ experience working within an engineering or industrial environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
• PGD Qualification (NQF LEVEL 8) or equivalent in Business Administration
• Any Qualification in Accounting or Finance
