Tasks and Responsibilities:

Understanding the present organization
structure, systems, processes and procedures.
·
Analyzing, formulating and documenting all
activities of the organization.
·
Document all processes, procedures & systems
by using flow charts, notes, template forms etc.
·
Developing further organization structure,
systems, processes and procedures.
·
Ensuring planned developments are implemented.
·
Analyze and design Job positions and draft job
descriptions.
·
Provide reports and documentation to CEO on
timely basis.
·
Be involved in recruitment, development and
training of Human resource to enable achieve the business strategy and
objectives of the business.
Education & Work Experience
Requirements:
·
Graduate in Business/Management Studies
preferably with an MBA or Degree.
·
At least 5 years and over of working experience.

Results oriented –Has delivered exceptional
performance over the past 3 years.
