What You'll Do
  • Own the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and outreach to closing.
  • Source, qualify, and onboard event organisers, venues, and corporate clients to use Tix for ticketing and event management.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that showcase the value of Tix.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies that drive pipeline growth and client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach, pipeline progress, and closed deals using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on trends in the Ghanaian events, entertainment, and ticketing industries.

What You'll Learn
  • You’ll gain hands on experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing deals, building a strong foundation as an end to end sales
  • You’ll develop strategic skills learning how to identify, qualify and convert high value customers sharpening your ability to build and manage a high performing sales pipeline.
  • You’ll work closely with marketing and operations learning how to align sales execution with broader business goals and deliver seamless customer onboarding.
  • You’ll gain hands on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics, learning how to track metrics, forecast accurately and use data to continuously improve your sales approach.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management—preferably in the events, entertainment, tech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the events landscape in Ghana, with a solid network within the ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, operations, and other teams.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Passionate about events, technology, and building something that empowers creators.
  • An unwavering commitment to precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
