What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and outreach to closing.
- Source, qualify, and onboard event organisers, venues, and corporate clients to use Tix for ticketing and event management.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that showcase the value of Tix.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies that drive pipeline growth and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, pipeline progress, and closed deals using CRM tools.
- Stay current on trends in the Ghanaian events, entertainment, and ticketing industries.
What You'll Learn

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management—preferably in the events, entertainment, tech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the events landscape in Ghana, with a solid network within the ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, operations, and other teams.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Passionate about events, technology, and building something that empowers creators.
- An unwavering commitment to precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
