What You'll Do:

  • Own and exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Generate and convert high-value B2B leads
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Build relationships with growers, suppliers, and buyers across the agricultural value chain
  • Identify and launch new revenue opportunities
  • Spend time in the field securing business and accelerating deal closures

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–4+ years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-starter with relentless drive and resilience
  • Experience in Technology, SaaS, Agriculture, or Supply Chain is an advantage
