A leading workforce solutions provider is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to grow new business and manage client relationships within a B2B environment. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, delivering tailored staffing/service solutions, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and activity targets

Identify and develop new business opportunities nationwide

Prepare and present proposals, costings, and client solutions
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships
-
Negotiate and finalize Terms of Business (TOB) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
-
Ensure accurate completion of credit applications, contracts, and documentation
-
Provide operational handover to ensure successful service delivery
-
Liaise with internal departments including Operations and Debtors
-
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
-
Stay updated on labour legislation and industry requirements
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
-
Minimum 4 years B2B service sales experience with a proven track record

Experience in Temporary Employment Services (TES) / Staffing / Recruitment (advantageous)

Knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, Bargaining Councils)

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Willingness to travel nationally
