Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Conducting product and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Engaging with qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process.
- Following up on enquiries and maintaining regular communication with prospects.
- Identifying and researching new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
- Assisting with lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Collaborating with colleagues to refine sales messaging and improve conversion outcomes.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Minimum Requirements- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a sales, client-facing, customer service, or financial services environment.
Alternatively:- A recently completed relevant tertiary qualification, coupled with a demonstrated interest in sales, technology, or business development.
The following will be advantageous:
- Experience within technology, financial services, or a professional services environment.
- Previous exposure to software demonstrations or solution-based selling.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
