Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Conducting product and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Engaging with qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Following up on enquiries and maintaining regular communication with prospects.
  • Identifying and researching new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
  • Assisting with lead generation and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to refine sales messaging and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a sales, client-facing, customer service, or financial services environment.
Alternatively:
  • A recently completed relevant tertiary qualification, coupled with a demonstrated interest in sales, technology, or business development.
The following will be advantageous:
  • Experience within technology, financial services, or a professional services environment.
  • Previous exposure to software demonstrations or solution-based selling.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
