Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Lagos-focused market entry and expansion strategy.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular market visits to pitch the product, assess competition, and secure shelf placement.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement managers and decision-makers in target supermarkets.
  • Drive sales conversions, follow up on leads, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare weekly reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the Lagos market.
  • Represent the brand professionally at meetings, activations, and product demos.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in pitching products physically
  • Familiarity with Lagos retail clusters
  • Target-driven and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
