Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining existing and building new corporate client relationships to achieve the revenue goal 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives 
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in generating solutions 
  • Participates in budget planning and development. 
  • Creates, implements, and monitors tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives. 
  • Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments 
  • Promote corporation and ensure positive stakeholder relations through active stakeholder and community engagement.

A results-oriented business development professional with:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizing and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Strong focus on strategy execution and measurable results.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a business development environment, with a minimum of 3 years at management level.
  • Knowledge of Hospital operations will be an added advantage.
